Mod Op, a portfolio company of Alterna Equity Partners (“AEP”), recently announced the acquisition of Crenshaw Communications, a leading public relations firm headquartered in New York City. The acquisition of Crenshaw Communications marks the close of Mod Op’s fourth acquisition this year. Mod Op previously announced the acquisition of Toronto-based full-service creative agency Context Creative in January, the acquisition of CreativeDepartmint in May and the acquisition of dPrism earlier this month.
